RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s military Chief of Staff Gen. Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili met a Russian delegation led by Lt. Gen. Zarod Netsky Vladimir, commander of the Russian General Staff Academy, in Riyadh on Wednesday.
They discussed issues of common concern and military cooperation between their nations, officials said.
Also in attendance on the Saudi side were the head of the Armed Forces Intelligence and Security Commission, the director of the Strategic Planning Department, and the head of Saudi Armed Forces Command and Staff College.
